Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct regular audits of branch operations and processes.
- Verify compliance with company SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
- Review patient records, documentation, billing, inventory, and operational processes.
- Identify errors, deviations, and process gaps during audits.
- Prepare audit reports and share findings with the concerned teams.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Maintain audit records, checklists, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct periodic follow-up audits to ensure sustained compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality, Audit, Healthcare Operation
- Robust analytical and observation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills
