Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated QA Intern – Software Testing to assist in testing our web-based applications.

The intern will work closely with the development team to understand application features, execute test scenarios, identify defects, verify fixes and help improve the overall quality and reliability of our software.

This opportunity is suitable for freshers or students interested in gaining practical experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual functional testing of web applications.
- Understand application requirements and expected functionality.
- Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform regression testing after application changes and bug fixes.
- Test applications across different browsers, devices and screen sizes.
- Verify UI behaviour, navigation, forms, validations and error handling.
- Identify, reproduce and clearly document software defects.
- Provide reproduction steps,



screenshots and supporting information for reported issues.
- Retest resolved defects and verify fixes.
- Compare application results against predefined expected results and test data.
- Test data-driven dashboards, reports, charts and analytical features.
- Maintain test cases, defect logs and testing checklists.
- Communicate testing observations clearly with the development team.
- Participate in release-validation activities.
- Follow company confidentiality, information-security and data-handling requirements.

FinTech Application Testing The intern may receive exposure to testing financial-market technology features such as:
- Market-data dashboards
- Options-chain and analytics interfaces
- Strategy and payoff-analysis tools
- Historical-data functionality
- Backtesting features
- Charts and data visualizations
- Trading workflow interfaces
- Desktop and mobile-responsive interfaces

Testing will be performed against documented requirements, predefined calculations and expected test results.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of software applications and web technologies.
- Strong interest in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to identify and clearly document defects.
- Basic understanding of websites and web browsers.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and business concepts.

Preferred Skills Exposure to any of the following is an advantage but not mandatory:
- Manual software testing
- SDLC / STLC
- Test-case preparation
- Bug/issue tracking tools
- SQL basics
- API testing concepts
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript basics
- Financial markets or FinTech applications

Eligibility Students, recent graduates and freshers from relevant technology backgrounds are welcome to apply, including:
- B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc / Any degree
