Role Description

We are looking for a Python Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Python development, software engineering, backend development, APIs, automation, databases, data engineering, cloud technologies, web applications, and modern software-development practices.

The Python Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Python-based applications, backend services, APIs, automation solutions, databases, internal platforms, and digital systems.

The role may involve working with Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, automation frameworks, data-processing libraries, cloud platforms, testing tools, microservices, and up-to-date software-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Python development, software engineering, backend development, application development, automation, data engineering, web development, API development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Python Software Engineer, Python Developer, Software Engineer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Application Developer, Django Developer, Flask Developer, FastAPI Developer,



Data Engineer, Automation Engineer, Junior Software Engineer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Python programming and software-development fundamentals.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, modules, packages, exception handling, debugging, clean coding, and reusable software design.
- Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, web services, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, joins, queries, indexes, normalization, transactions, CRUD operations, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
- Exposure to Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, or similar libraries will be beneficial.
- Exposure to backend development, API development, database integration, business applications, and web services will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with automation, workflow development, reporting automation, task scheduling, scripting, or process automation will be beneficial.
- Exposure to ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data transformation, data processing, analytics, or data-engineering concepts will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to PyTest, unittest, Postman, API testing, unit testing, integration testing, or automated testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions,



or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, virtual environments, package management, dependency management, deployment, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, Redis, Celery, Kafka, RabbitMQ, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, or event-driven architecture will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, API security, secure coding, input validation, and application-security concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to cloud databases, serverless technologies, scalable backend systems, or cloud-native application development will be advantageous.
- Exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence, data science, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, dashboards, reporting systems, or analytics tools will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Positive analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, and maintainable Python-based solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, academic project, Python project, Django project, Flask project, FastAPI project, backend project, automation project, API project, data project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time Python-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new Python frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud technologies, automation tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
