Role Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Manager to source raw materials and components for our AC and DC capacitor manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for supplier development, competitive purchasing, material availability, and coordination with production and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic and international suppliers.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times, and supply agreements.

Plan purchases against production schedules and maintain appropriate stock levels.

Track purchase orders and follow up to ensure materials arrive on time.

Coordinate with Quality and Engineering on specifications, samples,



inspections, and supplier issues.

Resolve shortages, delivery delays, and material rejections promptly.

Maintain purchase records, supplier performance data, and cost comparisons.

Work with logistics and accounts teams on imports, documentation, and payments.

Candidate Requirements

Strong knowledge of capacitor raw materials or electrical and electronic components.

Experience in vendor development, price negotiation, inventory planning, and purchase order management.

Familiarity with import purchasing and ERP or inventory software.

Positive communication, analytical, and follow-up skills.
