Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for Civil and MEP projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, purchase negotiations and procurement procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of Civil and MEP materials according to project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements and negotiate competitive prices.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and vendors.




- Monitor material requirements, delivery schedules and procurement costs.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases and procurement documentation.
- Ensure purchased materials meet project specifications and quality standards.

Required Skills

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Civil and MEP procurement.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements and deadlines.
