Suppliers enjoy timely payments and working capital access while working through us. Thus, we are enabling a complete ecosystem for product manufacturing, especially in electronics, dealing with PCBA, plastics molding, metal processing, parts, and semiconductor sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities as per company requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms with vendors.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials, components, and other required items.
- Monitor pending Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers regularly.
- Ensure materials are procured at competitive prices while maintaining required quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Stores, Production, Quality, Accounts, and other departments regarding material requirements.
- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs, invoices, and related documentation.
- Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team for payment-related matters.
- Handle vendor complaints, material shortages, delays, and quality-related issues in coordination with the concerned departments.




- Maintain and update vendor databases and procurement records.
- Assist in developing and maintaining approved vendor lists.
- Track market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out according to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular purchase reports, MIS, and pending-order reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 34 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Vendor Management.
- Positive knowledge of the complete procurement cycle.
- Strong vendor negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Experience in preparing Purchase Orders, comparing quotations, and maintaining purchase records.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and commercial understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements simultaneously.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, technology, or industrial organization will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP / procurement software.
- Knowledge of vendor development and cost negotiation.
- Understanding of inventory and material planning processes.

Compensation 35,000 40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
