Purchase Executive

Industry: Electrical Switchgear / LT Panel Manufacturing

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Source materials and coordinate with vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and material availability.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Design, QA/QC, and Accounts.
- Handle vendor issues related to quality, delivery, and shortages.
- Maintain vendor database and purchase MIS.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of electrical/industrial materials preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP.
- Experience in manufacturing/panel industry will be an advantage.
