Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely material availability and supporting the smooth execution of solar projects.

Candidates with proven experience in purchasing solar equipment and coordinating with vendors and project teams will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the procurement of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, electrical components and other solar project materials.
- Identify suitable vendors, obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate competitive purchasing terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and stores teams to understand material requirements.
- Monitor purchase schedules, inventory levels and pending material deliveries.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, invoices and vendor documentation.
- Ensure purchased materials meet the required technical specifications and quality standards.
- Resolve procurement-related issues,



including delivery delays, material shortages and supplier discrepancies.
- Assist in cost optimization and procurement budget management.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchase Coordinator in the solar industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of solar equipment, electrical materials and procurement procedures.
- Proven experience in vendor management, quotation comparison and purchase order processing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet procurement deadlines.

Salary & Benefits Monthly Salary: Up to ₹25,000, based on relevant experience and current CTC.

Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred.
