Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage daily pultrusion production activities.
- Operate and monitor pultrusion machines and ensure smooth production.
- Set machine parameters such as speed, temperature, resin ratio, and curing conditions.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor product quality, dimensions, surface finish, and curing.
- Handle manpower allocation and supervise workers on the shop floor.
- Identify and resolve machine/process-related issues.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and material consumption records.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Production teams.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in FRP/Pultrusion manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of pultrusion machines, dies, resin systems, and process parameters.
- Positive manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field preferred.
