Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Address academic stress, anxiety, and behavioral concerns
- Conduct psychological assessments where required
- Work with teachers and parents for student development
- Support career guidance and motivation programs
- Create a positive mental health environment in the institution
