About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to join our team. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, understanding client requirements, and ensuring timely submission of accurate proposals that align with company standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze customer inquiries, technical specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, and project teams for inputs.
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements, standards, and deadlines.
- Perform cost estimation, pricing, and margin analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted proposals and customer communications.




- Support sales team during client discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
- Suggest improvements in proposal strategies to increase success rate

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
- 2–4 years of experience in proposal/tendering/estimation.
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
