We are looking for freelance/part-time Real Estate Agents to promote and sell our residential project in Kolkata on a commission basis.
Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up with potential buyers. Conduct site visits and explain project details. Assist customers throughout the sales process. Maintain regular follow-ups and close sales.
Requirements: Experience in real estate sales preferred. Strong communication and networking skills. Ability to work independently on a flexible, part time basis. Local knowledge and a good network in Kolkata will be an advantage.
Compensation: Attractive commission on every successful sale. No fixed working hours.
