WE ARE HIRING – PROPERTY & GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

Location: Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram

We are looking for a professional and responsible person to manage our daily room rental property and ensure a smooth experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the entire premises clean, neat, and well-organized
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner
- Handle guest calls and enquiries
- Manage proper check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain guest records and daily property registers
- Coordinate room cleaning and basic maintenance requirements
- Inspect rooms and common areas regularly
- Handle guest requests and resolve routine issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other service providers
- Ensure the property is maintained according to company standards
- Maintain proper documentation of bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and payments





Preferred Qualification Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management will be preferred.

- Good communication and guest-handling skills
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to maintain records properly
- Willing to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the property
- Previous experience in a hotel, homestay, serviced apartment, or hospitality business will be an advantage
