Job Discription

Must be under 30 years of age.

Must have excellent communication in English and Tamil.

Minimum 0.8+ years of experience in voice process.

- Connect with customers who have already enrolled in a plan through the Supply RM team.
- Understand customer requirements including location, budget, property type, preferences and timelines.
- Build a strong relationship with customers throughout the property search journey.
- Suggest relevant properties based on customer requirements.
- Explain property details, features, pricing and other relevant information.
- Handle customer queries, concerns and objections throughout the sales process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and keep customers engaged.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable property options.
- Drive customers towards property visits and subsequent transaction stages wherever applicable.




- Negotiate effectively and work towards converting opportunities into successful property deals. Take ownership of the customer journey from lead allocation to deal closure. Maintain accurate lead, customer, follow-up and sales information in the CRM. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets. Ensure a robust customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
