Role Overview:

The Project Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day project site activities. This role ensures that all work is executed as per the approved drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements while managing workforce and resources effectively to achieve project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of project work.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance of site workforce and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
- Maintain records of manpower, materials, progress reports, and site issues.
- Report project status, delays, and challenges to the Project Manager regularly.
- Ensure timely availability of resources (materials, tools, manpower).
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters as needed.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards.

Experience Range: 3 - 8 years

Candidate Attributes

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or relevant discipline.
- 3–7 years of proven experience in site/project supervision (sector-specific).
- Strong knowledge of construction/project execution processes.
- Good understanding of safety practices and quality control.




- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.

Preferred:

- Experience in [specific sector: HVAC, MEP, Electrical, Civil, BMS, etc.].
- Certification in Project Management or Safety (like OSHA, PMP, etc.) will be an advantage.
