Position: Project Engineer – Mechanical

Location: Head Office + Multi-Site Projects

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: B.E./BTech – Mechanical Engineering

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 CTC (as per experience & skills)

Employment Type: Full-Time

� Key Responsibilities

- Manage execution of fabrication, erection, and commissioning projects across 3–5 active sites.
- Build, maintain, and deploy a strong manpower network including Fitters, Welders (Arc/Argon/MIG/IBR), Fabricators, Supervisors, etc.
- Ensure zero manpower disruption and quick mobilization as per project/site requirements.
- Act as the single coordination link between site teams, client representatives, contractors, and Head Office.
- Track project progress, identify delays/bottlenecks, and take proactive corrective actions.
- Coordinate material, tools, equipment, and manpower requirements with respective sites.
- Maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and weekly project tracking for clear visibility of execution status.
- Support the billing process through timely measurement, documentation, and coordination.
- Supervise and monitor boiler fabrication, erection, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.




- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site productivity, manpower utilization, safety, and work quality.
- Resolve technical and operational issues arising at project sites.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

�️ Required Experience & Skills

- 5–10 years of experience in industrial/mechanical projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in Boiler, Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning.
- Proven experience handling multiple project sites simultaneously.
- Solid manpower planning and mobilization capabilities.
- Good knowledge of project execution, site coordination, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple project locations as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.E./BTech Mechanical Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in industrial projects, preferably in Boiler, Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning. Candidates with strong experience in multi-site project execution, manpower management, client coordination, DPRs, billing documentation and site operations will be preferred. Willingness to travel across project sites is required.
