Qualifications

Master's degree in Community medicine/Public Health from a recognized university.

Minimum 3 year of research experience in public health / maternal and child health / clinical research.





Coordinate and supervise field data collection, participant recruitment, and follow-up visits.

Assist in implementation of the parenting support program and mobile application-based intervention.

Conduct growth, neurodevelopment, and metabolic risk assessments as per protocol.

Ensure data quality, manage databases, and assist in statistical analysis.

Liaise with Anganwadi centres, primary health centres, and other stakeholders in Central Kerala.

Contribute to documentation, report writing, and manuscript preparation.

Travel extensively to field sites within Central Kerala.

Desirable Qualifications & Skills

Experience in conducting field-based research, cluster-randomized trials, or community intervention studies.

Knowledge of child growth assessment, neurodevelopmental screening tools, and metabolic risk evaluation.

Proficiency in data collection tools and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA).

Robust scientific writing and report preparation skills.

Proficiency in Malayalam (essential for field coordination and participant interaction).
