nThe Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of interior fitout projects—from

nplanning for the final handover. This includes ownership of timelines, client relationships,

nfinancial performance, and execution quality.

nKey Responsibilities

nProject Planning & Control

- Develop and manage project schedules using Gantt charts and critical path planning
n
- Track project health through KPIs and dashboards
n
- Identify risks early and implement corrective actions
n
- Manage change orders with schedule and budget impact
n
- Conduct post-project reviews
n

nClient Ownership

- Act as primary point of contact for clients
n
- Manage approvals and milestone sign-offs
n
- Resolve issues proactively
n
- Drive client satisfaction and repeat business

nExecution & Coordination

- Coordinate design, procurement, and site teams

- Ensure execution aligns with drawings and timelines

- Conduct site reviews

- Manage billing cycles, RA bills, and invoicing

- Track cash flow, payments, and collections

- Monitor financial performance via ERP systems

- Ability to read drawings and manage execution
