Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Title Indexing / Mortgage Indexing projects and ensure SLA, TAT and quality targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project priorities, delivery and escalations.
- Plan resources, allocate workloads and monitor team performance.
- Monitor production volumes, productivity, pending work and operational risks.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards and client-specific guidelines.
- Handle project risks, escalations and corrective actions.
- Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Lead, mentor and develop Process Leaders, QA teams and operational staff.
- Review MIS reports, dashboards and management reports.
- Ensure effective use of operational tools and process governance.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues and implement preventive actions.
- Ensure business continuity plans are in place and operational risks are proactively managed.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Drive employee engagement, productivity and continuous improvement.

Required Skills
- Experience in Title Indexing / Mortgage Indexing
- Knowledge of US Mortgage / US Title Operations
- Strong project and team management skills
- Experience in SLA and TAT management

Shift Timings

Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts:

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

- This is a Work-from-Office position.
- The job location is Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu.
