Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage residential and commercial construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, site coordination, quality, cost and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and monitor construction project activities.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure project completion as per timeline, quality and budget.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and resources.
- Review drawings, BOQ, estimates and project requirements.
- Handle contractor coordination and resolve site issues.
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports.




- Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.

Requirements
- BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in real estate/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial building construction.
- Good leadership, planning and team-management skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
- Two-wheeler/own vehicle preferred.
