Job Summary

Arcitech, a key arm of the Arcot Group, specializes in software development, AI-integrated solutions, SaaS products and online marketplaces.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology projects and work closely with Software Development, UI/UX, QA and business teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing IT/SaaS/product development projects, excellent stakeholder-management skills, and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements and planning through development, testing, deployment and scaling.
- Manage SaaS, software product and online marketplace development projects.
- Work closely with Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, Product teams and other stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear project plans, priorities and technical action items.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies and deliverables.
- Track project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues, risks and blockers.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure effective project execution.
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and status updates.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear project status, risks and dependencies.
- Conduct risk identification, analysis, mitigation and response planning.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Drive continuous improvement across project processes, delivery practices and team collaboration.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies,



AI trends and software development practices relevant to the business.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience managing IT / Software Development projects.
- Strong experience with SaaS, software products and/or online marketplace development.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, software development processes and technology projects.
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams involving Developers, UI/UX, QA and business stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, execution, tracking and delivery skills.
- Excellent risk management, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP or other Agile certification
- Experience working with AI/ML or AI-enabled products
- Experience with online marketplaces or high-volume digital platforms.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, ClickUp or similar platforms.
