Project Manager / Scrum Master

Location : Remote

Contract Position

Work Schedule : Must be comfortable working across time zones

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage projects using Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Work closely with value-stream leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain project plans in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Run Scrum/Agile ceremonies and monitor execution against plans.
- Provide regular status reporting and project updates.
- Manage dependencies, RAID logs, risks, and issues.
- Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans through resolution.
- Own and manage the project escalation process.

Required Qualifications :

- Solid Project Management Scrum Master experience.
- PMP and CSM/PSM certification preferred/required.




- Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with M&A; integration.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas : Finance / Source-to-Pay / Transportation, Manufacturing / Planning, R&D; / Quality / Safety / Innovation, Master Data / Data Migration / MDG, SAP Security / Basis / Information Security, HRIS / Legal / Payroll / Facilities, Controls & Compliance / CSV / GxP, Intercompany.
