We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in residential and commercial real-estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities from land/site assessment through planning, execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate residential and commercial real-estate projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct and coordinate land/site surveys, site measurements, feasibility assessments and due diligence activities.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders.
- Review site conditions, drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality and execution progress.
- Coordinate site development, civil works and construction activities.
- Identify project risks, delays and execution issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate approvals,



documentation and statutory requirements with relevant consultants/agencies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare project progress reports.
- Manage contractors and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.
- Work closely with management on project planning, costing, scheduling and execution strategy.

Candidate Profile

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial real-estate development/project management.
- Solid understanding of land surveys, site development, construction processes and project coordination.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Strong contractor and consultant management skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
