Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

Project Management

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budget requirements.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

- Work closely with R&D; division to identify technological gaps and develop projects/initiatives for current products and technologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.

- Manage project budgets and track expenditures against forecasts.

- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

- Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.

- Prepare project documentation, reports, and lessons learned for future improvement.

Technical and Systems Management

- Apply system-level thinking to understand interactions among mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operational functions.





- Support engineering decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

- Facilitate technical reviews, design reviews, and risk assessments.

- Ensure project requirements are translated into executable engineering and manufacturing plans.

- Identify and resolve integration issues affecting system performance, cost, quality, and schedule.

Manufacturing and Operations

- Collaborate with manufacturing, production, supply chain, and quality teams to support product realization.

- Understand manufacturing processes, production constraints, tooling requirements.

- Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.

Risk Management

- Conduct risk assessments and proactively mitigate technical and operational risks.

- Support in root cause investigations and corrective actions.

- Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across projects.
