nPosition Project Manager – Fabrication & Structural Works

nRole Summary

nResponsible for complete execution of fabrication and structural erection projects, ensuring timely delivery with quality, safety, and cost control. Coordination across fabrication shop, vendors, and site operations.

nKey Responsibilities

n• Prepare project schedule, manpower plan, and execution strategy.

n• Coordinate drawings, BOQ, revisions, RFIs with engineering/consultant.

n• Supervise fabrication processes: cutting, fit-up, welding, blasting, painting.

n• Ensure site erection safety: lifting plans, crane coordination, rigging methods.

n• Control materials, manpower, subcontractors.

n• Plan Contractor site allocation

n• Prepare Project cost estimation





n• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, MOMs, and client updates.

n• Billing, measurements, variation claims, and final documentation.

n• Manage workforce allocation, material planning, and cost control.

n• Provide Technical Guidance on Fabrication Structure

n

nQualifications

n• Diploma/Degree in Mech/Civil/Production.

n• 10+ yrs in fabrication & erection projects.

n• Robust knowledge of QA/QC, drawings, welding, site safety.
