Key Skills & Experience Required The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end IP CCTV projects, including:

- Project planning, execution, monitoring and completion
- Installation and commissioning of IP CCTV surveillance systems
- Experience in Government and Enterprise projects, preferably involving large-scale deployments
- Valuable knowledge of IP networking, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, PoE, switches, routing and basic network troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Video Management Systems (VMS) such as:

- Milestone XProtect

- Genetec Security Center
- Knowledge of other major VMS platforms will be an added advantage
- CCTV camera, NVR/VMS server and storage configuration

- System integration and troubleshooting
- Coordination with customers, consultants, OEMs, system integrators and subcontractors
- Site survey, BOQ understanding and technical documentation
- Preparation and submission of project reports, installation reports, commissioning documents and handover documentation
- Managing project schedules, manpower,



material availability and subcontractors
- Monitoring project quality, timelines and deliverables
- Ability to independently coordinate multiple project sites
- Good communication and customer-handling skills

Preferred Profile Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in large government/PSU, infrastructure, industrial, corporate or enterprise CCTV projects and have independently handled projects from kick-off through installation, commissioning and final handover.

The candidate should be comfortable with field/site visits and coordination with customers and project teams.
