NWhat You'll Do

- End-to-End Execution: Own the full project lifecycle from planning and site execution to final client handover.

- Team Coordination: Manage architects, designers, MEP consultants, and subcontractors across concurrent sites.

- Timeline & Quality: Run site inspections, enforce quality standards, and proactively fix delays to hit budgets and deadlines.

- Client Interface: Lead progress reviews, handle project escalations, and ensure clean, snag-free handovers.

nWhat We Are Looking For

- Background:



4–5 years managing commercial interior fit-outs, renovations, or corporate workspace projects.

- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

- Core Expertise: Solid understanding of commercial construction methodology, MEP coordination, and fit-out sequencing.

- Soft Skills: Sharp eye for detail, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites under pressure.
