Technical Project Manager – ERP Implementations

Location: Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad, Gujarat – Onsite only

Type: Full-time

Experience: Minimum 7+ years preferred

Working Shift: Must be open to UK and US customer overlap based on project requirements. UK Shift: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

We are looking for a solid ERP delivery professional who has independently managed or played a lead role in end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation projects, including customer-facing delivery and production go-live.

Candidates should have

- Minimum 7+ years of overall IT/ERP project delivery experience, with 8+ years preferred for this position.
- Strong hands-on project management experience in ERP implementation and delivery.
- Experience managing multiple phases of the ERP lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, fit-gap, configuration/development, integration, data migration, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and support.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, or comparable enterprise systems.
- Experience managing functional consultants, developers, QA, DevOps, integration teams, and customer stakeholders.




- At least one successfully delivered production ERP go-live.
- Strong experience in scope, schedule, effort/budget, resource, risk, issue, dependency, change-request, and escalation management.
- Strong direct customer-facing experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite from Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad.
- Flexibility to work with UK/US customer overlap based on project delivery and go-live requirements.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Odoo ERP implementation experience.
- Experience with both proprietary and open-source ERP platforms.
- International customer-facing experience, particularly with customers in the USA, Europe, or Middle East.
- Valid US B1/B2 visa.
- Previous international onsite travel for discovery, implementation, training, customer meetings, or go-live.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, ITIL, or ERP-vendor certifications.
- Domain experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, supply chain, accounting, CRM, or other ERP-intensive industries.
