Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage EPC projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Plan out and execute the entire project scope (from start to end), schedule, budget, and resources required

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal team members

- Create and monitor project timelines, track progress, manage costs, and ensure quality & Safety

- Identify and manage project delays, risks, technical issues, budget concerns, and contractual issues

- Lead the team, effective communication and coordination

- Manage resource utilization, productivity and keep projects running smoothly and efficiently

- Make sure all work meets quality and safety as per norms and contractual requirements.





- Prepare and review regular project progress reports for management

- Deliver projects on time and within budget without cutting corners on quality

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (highway construction).

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering.

- Proven expertise in construction management, EPC project management, budget control, schedule management, risk management, contract management, team leadership, quality assurance, HSE management.
