nWe at Coforge are seeking a “Project Manager" to lead and manage large-scale IT Managed Services engagements. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, project governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, risk management, and ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage large-scale IT Managed Services projects and ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
n
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Establish project governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and escalation management processes.
n
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
n
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, OLAs, and organisational policies.
n
- Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
n
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
n
- Conduct periodic reviews, status meetings, and executive presentations.
n




- Ensure adherence to ITIL-based service management practices.
n
- Facilitate effective communication between business, technical, and vendor teams.
n

nRequired Skills

- Robust Project Management and Program Governance experience.
n
- Expertise in IT Managed Services operations and service delivery.
n
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, problem management, change management, and service lifecycle management.
n
- Experience in risk management, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
n
- Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools.

nEligibility Criteria

n

- MBA with B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) / MCA / M.Sc. (IT) from a recognized university.
n
- Valid PMP or PRINCE2 certification and ITIL certification.
n
- Minimum 12 years of overall IT experience.
n
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager managing large-scale IT Managed Services projects.
n
- Proven experience in handling multiple stakeholders, vendors, and geographically distributed teams.

nPreferred Experience

n

- Experience in Government, Public Sector, BFSI, Telecom, or large Enterprise Managed Services environments.
n
- Experience managing multi-location service delivery operations and transition projects.

nCertifications (Mandatory):
