We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of client-facing projects from planning through successful delivery.

The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, including planning, scheduling, tracking and execution.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure transparent alignment on deliverables, timelines and priorities.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, dependencies and action items.
- Coordinate resources and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Identify potential risks and issues and work proactively with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Maintain regular project updates and communicate progress, risks and key decisions to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of client engagements.
- Track project outcomes, collect feedback and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.
- Support project documentation, reporting and operational planning.

Requirements





- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in project management, program management, client delivery, customer success, consulting or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and project management tools.

Preferred Background Candidates with experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, technology, consulting, professional services, or customer-facing businesses will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
