As an Project Manager at Tattva Wellness, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing spa, wellness & hospitality projects from initiation to final handover, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets, quality standards, timelines, and operational requirements.

Own hospitality projects end-to-end, from planning, design coordination, and execution to snagging and final handover. Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, BOQs, CAPEX, procurement, and deliverables. Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Monitor on-site execution to ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and timelines. Identify project risks, cost variations,



and execution challenges; Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality. Maintain project MIS covering progress, budgets, risks, procurement, and key decisions.

Robust in project planning, cost management, vendor coordination, negotiation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and managing multiple projects. This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
