Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage PMO activities for solar projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budget, quality, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders for effective planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, MIS, and project trackers.
- Monitor project progress against approved plans and highlight critical deviations, risks, and dependencies.
- Establish and strengthen PMO processes, reporting mechanisms, governance frameworks, and project controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory/regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.




- Prepare periodic project reports and provide management with accurate project status and actionable insights.

Job Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Controls, or a related field.
- Experience in Renewable Energy / Solar Power / EPC / Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Strong experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or solar power generation projects.
- Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective PMO processes and project governance systems.
- Solid proficiency in project planning, scheduling, MIS, reporting, and project monitoring.
