Key Responsibilities:
- Develop store design concepts and layouts in line with D'decor brand guidelines and store formats.
- Prepare 2D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, ceiling plans, and working drawings for execution.
- Create 3D designs and renders to present store concepts to management and franchise partners for approval.
- Revise and adapt designs based on site measurements, mall guidelines, and stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design preferred.
Civil
Engineering graduates with robust design and drawing skills will also be considered.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailed drawings.
- Hands-on experience with 3D tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Revit.
- Ability to convert design concepts into clear, execution-ready drawings
