Trainable Skill [Y/N]: Y The SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant is responsible for end-to-end solution ownership across Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing, including requisitions, candidate lifecycle, career sites, job distribution, offer management, and integrations with Onboarding and Employee Central. The role leads offshore delivery and ensures an effective, compliant, and measurable talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead configuration of requisition templates, application templates, candidate profiles, status sets, interview processes, offer approvals, and recruiting permissions.
2. Design and support Recruiting Marketing career sites, employer-brand content, search optimization, job feeds, campaigns, and source tracking.
3.



Integrate RCM/RMK with Employee Central, Onboarding, assessment providers, background-verification vendors, job boards, and identity services.
4. Own requirements, solution design, testing, releases, defect resolution, reporting, data privacy, and production support.
5. Lead offshore estimation, work allocation, peer review, delivery governance, stakeholder updates, and risk management.
6. Improve candidate experience, recruiter productivity, compliance, analytics, and time-to-hire through process optimization.

Skill Requirements

1. Solid hands-on expertise in Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing configuration, templates, permissions, career sites, job feeds, offers, and candidate management.
2. Experience with recruiting integrations, data privacy, duplicate-candidate management, localization, and recruiting analytics.
3. Knowledge of Integration Center, OData APIs, middleware, job boards, assessment tools, and Onboarding/Employee Central integration.
4. Proven lead experience in offshore delivery, mentoring, solution governance, estimation, and stakeholder management.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and issue-resolution skills.
