As an HVAC Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in turning engineering plans into successful in office execution. You will work closely with design, procurement, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Some Key Responsibilities of the Role Include:

Project Execution & Site Management:

Executing HVAC projects from installation to commissioning while ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with project requirements.

Success here means:

- Timely completion of project milestones
- Smooth coordination between site teams and vendors
- Minimal execution delays and rework

Planning & Coordination:

Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure material availability, manpower planning, and uninterrupted project progress.

Success here means:

- Reduced site coordination issues
- Proper sequencing of activities
- Effective utilization of resources

Quality & Technical Supervision:

Monitoring HVAC installation activities including ducting, piping, insulation, equipment installation, and testing to ensure execution aligns with engineering standards and drawings.

- Reduced technical errors at site
- Successful testing and commissioning

Client & Vendor Coordination:

Acting as the key point of coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve execution challenges proactively.

- Smooth project communication flow

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintaining project reports, progress updates, billing coordination, and execution documentation to ensure visibility across stakeholders.

You Are the Ideal Candidate for This Role If:

You enjoy managing projects on the ground and bringing structure to fast-moving execution environments. You naturally take ownership of timelines, site activities, and coordination challenges while maintaining attention to technical quality.

You should also have:

- 3–7 years of experience in HVAC project execution, MEP projects, or industrial/commercial building projects
- Experience handling commercial, hospital, residential, or industrial HVAC projects
- Understanding of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, ducting, piping, VRF, ventilation systems, etc.
- Experience in site management, contractor coordination, and project documentation
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, project planning tools, and MS Office
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Most importantly, you are someone who:

- Takes ownership of execution and timelines
- Can manage pressure in dynamic site environments
- Solves problems proactively at site
- Coordinates effectively across teams
