Role & responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from order receipt to final completion.
- Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, drawings, BOQs/BOMs, and project scope.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, Service, and Sales teams for smooth project execution.
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, technical datasheets, BOMs, and other project documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical requirements, material availability, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities at customer sites whenever required.
- Handle technical discussions and project-related communication with customers.
- Identify project delays, technical issues, and execution risks and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
- Technical specifications
- BOM/BOQ
- Drawings and datasheets
- Inspection and testing reports
- Installation and commissioning reports
- Project progress reports
- Final project documentation
- Ensure project activities are carried out as per approved specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Participate in project review meetings with management, customers, vendors, and internal teams.




- Support the team in resolving technical queries and project-related issues.
- Ensure proper project handover and closure after completion.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings, technical specifications, BOMs and project documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Valuable project planning and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.
- Ability to handle customer/site coordination.
- Strong ownership, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites as required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in instrumentation, automation, process equipment, analytical instruments, industrial projects, system integration, or engineering/manufacturing projects will be preferred. Experience with installation, testing, commissioning, and customer-site coordination will be an added advantage.
