Role Description The Project Delivery Manager – Zoho is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of Zoho-based solutions for clients. This role manages project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful implementation of Zoho applications such as CRM, Books, Desk, and other relevant modules.

The Project Delivery

Manager coordinates with cross-functional teams, tracks progress against milestones, and addresses risks or issues that may affect project outcomes. Daily activities include reviewing project status, expediting critical tasks, monitoring quality through inspections,



and aligning logistics and deployment schedules with client expectations. The role also involves documenting best practices, driving process improvements, and maintaining strong client relationships to support ongoing enhancements and future projects.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience with planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Hands-on experience as an Expeditor, with Expediting capabilities to manage deliverables, follow-ups, and timely completion of project activities.
- Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, verify solution configuration, and ensure adherence to specifications and compliance requirements.
- Logistics Management experience to coordinate resources, deployment schedules, and on-site implementation activities.
- Proven experience delivering projects on Zoho platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk) or similar SaaS/ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
