nWe are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead and manage large-scale residential/high-rise construction projects from inception to completion.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning, design, construction to completion and handover.

n• Manage project timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and overall project delivery.

n• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, PMC teams, and other stakeholders.

n• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure smooth project execution.

n• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, delays, and technical challenges.

n• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and project requirements.

n• Drive coordination across Civil, Structural, MEP, Planning, Contracts, and other functions.

nCandidate Requirements

n• Qualification:



B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering

n• Experience: 18+ years of overall experience

n• Robust end-to-end project management and execution experience in large-scale residential/high-rise projects.

n• Experience handling clients, consultants, contractors, and large project teams.

n• Strong exposure to project planning, execution, quality, safety, cost, and project controls.

n• Experience managing projects from concept/design stage through completion and handover.

n• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
