The Delivery Associate is responsible for supporting the Director – Delivery in monitoring, tracking, analysing, documenting, and reporting project delivery performance. The role provides the operational discipline required to maintain accurate project information relating to milestones, risks, issues, resources, customer actions, SLA performance, billing dependencies, Change Requests, and governance commitments.
The Delivery Associate is expected to develop a robust understanding of project delivery practices and progressively build capabilities to independently coordinate smaller projects/workstreams. The Associate is expected to understand project information, identify inconsistencies or potential delays, follow up proactively, and bring exceptions to the attention of the Director – Delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or business operations.
Certifications: CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), PMP certifications are preferable.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Tracking & Monitoring
· Maintain and track project milestone and deliverables.
· Track planned versus actual completion dates.
· Monitor upcoming commitments and deadlines.
· Obtain status updates from Account Managers, Project Managers and relevant teams.
· Highlight overdue and potentially delayed activities.
· Maintain 30/60/90-day milestone visibility.
· Assist in maintaining project RAG status.
· Maintain standardized project status reports.
· Consolidate information across projects for review.
· Validate data completeness before submission.
· Track project risks, owners, mitigation actions,
and target dates.
· Follow up on overdue mitigation and closure actions.
· Highlight risks/ issues to the Reporting Head.
· Record newly identified risks during project reviews.
· Maintain escalation trackers.
· Assist in identifying recurring risks and issues across projects.
2. Meeting & Governance Coordination
· Prepare standardized agendas for delivery governance meetings.
· Consolidate required data before reviews.
· Maintain meeting calendars.
· Record decisions, actions, owners, and target dates.
· Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting where assigned.
· Follow up on actions before subsequent reviews.
· Maintain a centralized decision and action tracker.
· Ensure previous meeting actions are appropriately closed or escalated.
3. Resource Tracking
· Maintain project resource deployment information.
· Track approved versus deployed resources.
· Maintain resource allocation and release dates.
· Generate 30/60/90-day resource forecasts in collaboration with PMO & RMG.
· Highlight resource gaps and upcoming releases.
· Maintain skill/resource requirement trackers.
· Support utilization reporting.
4. Billing & Change Request Support
· Track and stay updated on project billing milestones.
· Coordinate status of customer acceptance and supporting documentation.
· Maintain invoice and payment milestone information provided by Finance team.
· Track pending customer approvals affecting billing.
· Highlight overdue commercial actions to the Reporting Head.
· Maintain the Change Request details.
· Record new scope/change requirements.
· Track status of effort estimation and impact analysis.
· Track submission, approval, implementation, billing, and closure status.
· Maintain supporting documentation.
· Highlight Change Requests pending beyond agreed timelines.
5. Customer Action Tracking
· Record customer decisions and commitments arising from project reviews.
· Track pending customer inputs, approvals, UAT sign-offs, infrastructure dependencies, and other commitments.
· Follow up internally with responsible stakeholders and ensure all sign offs are received.
6. Quality, SLA & Compliance Tracking
· Track & Monitor SLA performance data.
· Track defects, production incidents, and closure status.
· Maintain audit/compliance observation trackers.
· Follow up on pending documentation and compliance actions.
· Support compilation of evidence required for audits and project reviews.
· Highlight overdue quality/compliance actions.
7. Documentation & Repository Management
· Maintain organized project governance documentation.
· Coordinate with Quality team to ensure current versions of project plans, status reports, risk registers, MoMs, approvals, and Change Requests are available.
· Maintain traceability of important customer approvals and decisions.
