Position: Project Coordinator (Solar Division)

Department: Residential Rooftop Solar – PM Surya Ghar Yojana

Job Summary

Tejas Renewables is looking for a responsible, organized and customer-oriented professional to manage documentation, customer relationships, banking coordination, subsidy application follow-ups and project coordination for residential rooftop solar installations under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer registration, documentation and PM Surya Ghar portal applications.

Coordinate residential solar loan paperwork with banks and financial institutions.

Handle customer queries, complaints, objections and follow-ups.

Coordinate with DISCOM officials, banks, customers and internal installation teams.

Track project approvals, installation, net metering, commissioning and subsidy status.

Maintain customer records, Excel trackers, project files and management reports.

Ensure timely customer communication and proper project handover.





Candidate Requirements

Graduate in Commerce, Management, Business Administration or a relevant field.

Experience in banking documentation, customer relationship management, solar operations or project coordination preferred.

Good communication skills in Chattisgarhi (Highly preferred), Hindi, & English.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email and online portals.

Strong coordination, problem-solving and customer service skills.

Experience: 1–2 years preferred.

Job Type: Full-time.

Compensation: As per experience and company standards.
