We are looking for a Project Management Executive Process Excellence to support project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, process standardization, operational efficiency, and measurable business improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate end-to-end project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely closure of tasks.
- Identify process gaps and support process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, process maps, MIS reports, and dashboards.
- Analyze data and track KPIs, SLAs, and improvement perks.
- Prepare project updates and management presentations.
- Support implementation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project delivery against agreed timelines and milestones.
- Completion of project action items.
- Process improvement initiatives implemented.




- Reduction in turnaround time and operational inefficiencies.
- Productivity and cost improvements.
- SOP and process documentation compliance.
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS and management reporting.
- Stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis.
- MS PowerPoint management presentations and project updates.
- Project Management Tools Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, or Root Cause Analysis is an advantage.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile will be an advantage.

Industry Preference:
