Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate and support LED lighting projects from planning to execution, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Production & Site Teams for project execution.
- Track project schedules, material requirements, dispatch, delivery, and site progress.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, reports, BOQs and other documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, clients, and site teams for project-related requirements.
- Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely completion of project milestones.




- Assist Project Manager/Project Head in day-to-day project coordination.
- Visit project sites whenever required for coordination and follow-up.

Requirements
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Civil / Mechanical or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in LED Lighting, Electrical, Solar/EPC or similar projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Email.
- Positive communication, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
