Fixed Term Employment (FTE) through Teamlease

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and track NPI/project activities from development through field trials, pilot builds, and mass production.
- Coordinate with R&D;, SCM, Quality, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Vendor development, Supplier Quality and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with SCM to ensure timely material/component sourcing and availability, supplier follow-up, inventory, production, and logistics planning as per project milestones.
- Support prototype, field trial, pilot, and mass production builds and resolve project-related issues.
- Track project milestones, identify risks, and drive timely closure of actions and quality issues.
- Work with Quality to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the NPI process.

Required Skills:

- Prior experience in Programme/NPI/Project Management.
- Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing, SCM, quality, and production processes.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
