Working closely with R&D;, Product Management, Pre-sales, solution architecture and peers.

Duties and Responsibilities





- Stage systems offered to customers in the lab to verify the required functionality.
- Responsible for supporting our remote PS in deploying Allot’s products at our customers.
- Responsible for supporting our remote PS in execution of proof of concepts, trials and demos.
- Deliver technical training internally to Customer Success teams.
- Perform installations and upgrades, as well as Interoperability Testing (IoT)
- Create technical documents including LLD (low level design), ATP (Acceptance Test Plan) and MOPs (Method of Procedure).
- Serve as technical leader.

Requirements:
- Knowledge DevOps engineer or system administrator
- Knowledge with Cloud Native (Dockers, Containers, Kubernetes)
- Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ansible any others)
- Self-learner
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Understand complicated technical deployments.
- Fluent English
