About Aixperia

Aixperia is a cloud-based platform that takes modular cabinetry from design to production. A designer's kitchen or wardrobe becomes cut lists, BOMs, nesting layouts, labels and CNC-ready output — without redrawing anything in between.

We work with modular furniture manufacturers across India and the UAE .

About the role

This is a field role for people who enjoy factories, machines and software — and who get a kick out of solving real production problems. You will spend more time on shop floors than at a desk.

You are the bridge between Aixperia's software and a customer's machines. When a panel saw rejects a file, an edge-bander label is wrong, or a nesting job wastes too much board, you find out why and fix it — on site, with the operator standing next to you.

You will set up new factories on Aixperia, map their materials and hardware, connect our output to their CNC machines, and train their teams until production runs cleanly without you. What you learn in the field goes straight back to our product and engineering team.

Key responsibilities

Factory onboarding and implementation

- Conduct on-site assessments of customer factories, documenting workflows, machinery, materials and existing software systems
- Plan and execute go-live, from initial test jobs through to reliable, full-scale production

Machine and CAM integration

- Configure Aixperia output for CNC routers, beam and panel saws, edge-banders and boring machines (including Biesse, Homag, SCM, KDT and Nanxing)
- Develop and validate post-processors, machining templates, drilling patterns and label formats
- Test CNC programs on production machines and resolve toolpath, nesting and file-format issues

Production troubleshooting





- Investigate and resolve production defects, including incorrect cuts, missing drillings, label mismatches, excess material wastage and rework
- Determine whether root causes lie in software, data, machine configuration or process, and resolve or escalate them with documented evidence
- Use Aixperia data to help customers improve material yield, nesting efficiency and throughput

Training and support

- Train designers, production planners and CNC operators on Aixperia workflows
- Prepare standard operating procedures, checklists and machine-setup guides for each customer
- Provide second-line technical support to live customers, both remotely and on site

Product feedback

- Translate field issues into well-documented defect reports and feature requests for the engineering team
- Validate new software releases against real production scenarios prior to rollout
- Maintain a reusable library of machine profiles and post-processors to reduce onboarding time

Candidate profile The ideal candidate is most effective on the shop floor, takes a methodical approach to diagnosing faults, and persists until the underlying cause is identified. All training will be given.

Essential qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or Wood/Furniture Technology, or equivalent practical experience




- 2–6 years of experience in modular or panel furniture manufacturing, woodworking CAD/CAM, CNC programming or shop-floor production support
- Sound working knowledge of CNC routers, panel saws, edge-banders and boring machines, and of panel-based furniture production processes
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, imos, Microvellum, Polyboard, TopSolid Wood, AlphaCAM or bCAM
- Ability to interpret shop drawings, cut lists, bills of materials and CNC programs (G-code or machine-native formats)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to train operators of varying skill levels
- Willingness to travel
- Professional proficiency in English, and working proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi or Tamil

Desirable qualifications

- Experience developing or modifying post-processors, nesting configurations or machining macros
- Exposure to ERP/MRP systems, production planning or barcode-based tracking
- Basic scripting or data skills (Excel, SQL or Python) to automate configuration tasks
- Experience with Biesse, Homag or SCM software and machine controllers
- Prior experience in the UAE or wider GCC furniture industry
