Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, maintain quality standards, and manage production staff effectively.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good knowledge of production processes, and the ability to coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and productive operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and manpower.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Allocate work to operators and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machinery.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

Requirements





- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Previous experience in a production supervisory role will be preferred.
- Good understanding of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety.
- Languages - Hindi, Telugu

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Medchal, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
