Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plan and assign work to production employees
- Monitor and track production progress
- Identify and resolve production problems
- Ensure that products meet quality standards
- Oversee safety procedures and training
- Maintain production equipment and facilities
- Report on production performance to management

Requirement:

- Fresher, 1 years of experience in a production environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Working knowledge in Autocad
- Experience with production planning and scheduling software
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
