Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure efficient manpower handling, including training current employees.
- Implement shop floor control measures to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Monitor rejection rates and implement corrective actions to improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets within budget constraints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in a similar role (Production Supervisor).
- Diploma or B.Tech degree in relevant field (e.g., Computers).
- Strong understanding of Production Supervising principles, Manpower Handling techniques, Daily Production Planning methods, Shop Floor Control strategies, and Rejection Control practices.
