To supervise and coordinate day-to-day warehouse production, processing, packing, material movement, manpower, and dispatch activities while ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Operations

- Supervise daily production, processing, packing, and warehouse operations.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to daily production requirements.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Monitor the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
- Minimize production downtime, material wastage, and operational losses.
- Maintain smooth workflow and proper utilization of equipment and manpower.

Warehouse Management

- Ensure proper receipt, storage, handling, and movement of materials.
- Maintain proper stacking, identification, and segregation of products.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.




- Ensure loading and unloading activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper housekeeping.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure products are processed and packed according to company quality standards.
- Check packing, labeling, weighing, sealing, and product identification.
- Coordinate with the Quality team regarding quality issues and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety requirements, and applicable regulations.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily production and warehouse operation records.
- Prepare reports on production quantity, manpower, wastage, downtime, and dispatch.
- Maintain material movement and stock-related records.
- Report operational issues, deviations, and production losses to the concerned manager.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
